Director
LIN BOYD
Lin has a career in training and Learning and Development and is a qualified practitioner. Initially working within the aviation industry and progressing into senior roles within various sectors. Lin set up her own Company in 2011 and a further two businesses within Community Interest and media followed. Her focus is Learning and Development and Consultancy services for B2B. She has previously worked as part of teams within project management, workforce capacity and growth areas including retail and financial services. She has a vast experience as an accredited coach and mentor and has a passion for supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
JAYNE WARD MBE
Director
Jayne has a vast experience, working for the Department of Work and Pensions for over 40 years holding various posts within management and senior management. Working across various disciplines, Jayne’s core skills are within recruitment practices, people management and business development. She has developed recruitment packages and worked with employers and clients in a consultative role. She specialises in workforce capacity, skills and talent and recruitment. Jayne is passionate about creating opportunities and making a difference to people’s lives within the workplace. In 2022, Jayne was delighted to receive an MBE for Public Service in Merseyside, based on her dedicated and invaluable contributions to the employment sector over four decades.

Her experience began when working as marketing professional in the hospitality and events industry, before setting up Orbit Marketing & Creative, a social media marketing consultancy. Her journey includes spearheading innovative marketing campaigns that have left a lasting impact on diverse businesses.
